Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ZYLENA Mouse Pro ("ZYLENA," "we," "us") - the website, the desktop launcher, and the licensing service behind them. By downloading, activating, or using ZYLENA, you agree to these terms. The same terms are also shown in the launcher itself when you first activate.

Account-based license & activation

Your ZYLENA license is tied to the email address used to activate it. Each activation code can be active on up to 2 PCs at a time - one device seat per PC. Your license stays valid for the subscription period shown in your account (Monthly or Yearly for Premium, 30 days for Free Trial). If you lose your activation code or no longer have access to the email it was sent to, contact ZYLENA support and we'll reissue your code to the same account.

License tiers

Free Trial and Premium both unlock full access to every ZYLENA feature - there's no functional difference between them. The only distinction is duration: Free Trial runs for 30 days from activation, while Premium continues for the plan period you purchased (Monthly or Yearly). Premium is renewed manually - there is no automatic recurring charge.

Payments & refunds

Premium is currently purchased manually via GCash or Maya. Once we verify your payment and issue your activation code, that purchase is final - we do not provide cash refunds, since ZYLENA offers a 30-day Free Trial specifically so you can evaluate the software before paying for Premium. If ZYLENA isn't working as described, contact support first and we'll work with you to fix it; we issue free code patches for bugs.

Ownership

The ZYLENA name, logo, and software code belong exclusively to us. Your license gives you the right to use the software - it does not transfer any ownership. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or redistributing ZYLENA is strictly prohibited.

Software behavior & acceptable use

ZYLENA operates using direct system automation and may interact with active applications on your PC to provide its mouse-shortcut features. You agree to use ZYLENA only for its intended purpose, not to abuse the Free Trial system (e.g. by fabricating multiple accounts or devices to bypass trial limits), and not to attempt to circumvent license or activation checks.

Account & data

We store only what's needed to run your license: your email address and a one-way device-identity hash for each PC you activate on. See our Privacy Policy for the full details on what we collect and how it's used.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke a license if these terms are violated (for example, activation-abuse or attempts to bypass licensing). You can stop using ZYLENA and request account deletion at any time - see our Privacy Policy for how.

Software warranty & user configuration responsibility

ZYLENA automation and shortcut tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. All default, pre-built shortcuts shipped with the software are designed and tested for safe, intended operation. However, because Mouse Pro allows custom key bindings, macros, and shortcut remapping, users remain fully responsible for any custom actions or key sequences they assign (such as file deletion commands or system-level triggers). ZYLENA is not responsible for file loss, unintended key execution, or operational disruptions caused by user-defined configurations or third-party program interactions. Any encountered bugs or software anomalies should be reported directly via official channels for prompt investigation and patch resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ZYLENA after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
