This policy explains what information ZYLENA Mouse Pro ("ZYLENA," "we," "us") collects, why, and how it's used. ZYLENA Mouse Pro's actual mouse and keyboard shortcut features run entirely locally on your PC - this policy only covers the small amount of account/licensing data needed to activate and manage your license.

Information we collect

• Email address - used to identify your account, send your activation code, and let you recover it later if lost.
• Device identity - a one-way cryptographic hash generated from hardware identifiers on your PC. This hash cannot be reversed back into the original hardware information; it only lets our license server recognize "this is the same PC" for seat-limit and trial-abuse purposes.
• Computer name - the Windows device name you've given your PC, shown to you in our admin tools so you can tell your own devices apart when managing seats.
• App/launcher version - used only to serve you the correct update and confirm compatibility.
• Standard connection metadata (such as IP address) - automatically visible to our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) for any web request, the same as any website or online service you connect to.

We do not automatically collect your browsing activity, the content of files or applications you use ZYLENA with, keystrokes, or any other personal information beyond what's listed above.

Optional diagnostic reports

If you click "Report Bug" or "Contact Us" inside the app, ZYLENA Mouse Pro generates a diagnostic text file and saves it locally on your PC only - it is never sent anywhere automatically. Depending on what you're reporting, this file may include: recent app activity and error logs, your configured website profiles, and (for website-detection issues specifically) recent browsing activity such as site names, page titles, and full URLs from the last few minutes. The app opens a pre-filled email for you and explicitly asks you to review the file and remove anything you don't want to share before choosing to attach and send it yourself. We only ever receive this file if you personally choose to send it to us.

How we use this information

• To activate and validate your Premium Trial or paid Premium license.
• To enforce your plan's PC seat limit.
• To send you your activation code and respond to support requests.
• To detect and prevent Premium Trial abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Where this data is stored

Account and license data is stored on our license server, hosted on Cloudflare (Workers and D1 database). We do not share this data with any third party except as required to operate that infrastructure or if required by law.

Your choices

You can request that your account and associated data be deleted at any time by contacting us using the email below. Uninstalling ZYLENA Mouse Pro removes local files from your PC but does not delete your account from our server - contact us if you want that removed too.
